We are developing the central CRM for the company's needs. Our system handles the majority of customer interactions through chats, calls, emails, and mailings. We have several thousand users for whom our system is the primary work tool, so it's important for us to provide them with a quality service almost 24/7. We are building a workspace for managers, automating business processes for working with customers, and providing tools for external automation to external teams.
Our tech stack: C#, Oracle, PostgreSQL
Integration with YandexGPT Together with the YandexGPT team, we are looking for various opportunities to optimize routine actions of operators, testing numerous hypotheses and conducting various experiments. Our task is to prepare data, enrich it with various parameters, build metrics, and integrate the technology into existing processes.
Integration with telephony We interact with the telephony service, implementing various scenarios for its use in conjunction with our system. This is a real-time communication channel, and here speed and quality of data processing are important to us.
Migration of processes and data to a new platform We are growing so fast that we no longer fit into one system, so we are building a new platform alongside it, which allows us to get the functions the business needs much faster. Our task is to teach the two systems to coexist, start building new processes on the new platform, create integrations with Yandex services, and help the platform team in developing new features (stack Kotlin, PostgreSQL).
