We are looking for a Business Analyst / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem. The role is at the intersection of business analysis, delivery management, and client communication — the key task is to transparently synchronize the client and the development team, formalize the scope, and control the delivery process.
Projects involve developing enterprise solutions based on Jira and Confluence: plugins, integrations, security solutions, and customization of products for the Atlassian Marketplace.

📋 Tasks
- Formulating scope and requirements
- Translating client requests into a concrete work plan
- Decomposing tasks and writing Acceptance Criteria
- Monitoring task progression through the workflow
- Identifying and resolving blockers in the delivery process
- Managing change requests and controlling scope changes
- Verifying tasks against AC before demonstrating to the client
- Conducting demos and obtaining client approval
- Maintaining project documentation in Jira / Confluence
- Maintaining a transparent change history and reporting
🎯 Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst / Delivery Manager in IT outsourcing
- Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price models
- Experience managing expectations of external clients
- Solid expertise in Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of workflows, schemes, hierarchies, and customization of the Atlassian ecosystem
- Experience writing clear Acceptance Criteria
- Ability to formalize requirements without ambiguous interpretations
- Technical background and understanding of API / integration logic
- Ability to effectively interact with developers and clients
- English — for communication with international clients
