✅Requirements:

• Experience in technical support, configuration, and maintenance of Jira projects in large companies;
• Experience working with clients, developers, and testers: processing incoming requests, clarifying necessary information, task support;
• Experience in configuring Jira and its plugins, as well as migrating configurations and enhancements between development and testing environments;
• Practical experience with ScriptRunner, Structure, and BigPicture plugins;
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
• Basic SQL skills;
• Understanding of relational database principles;
• Independence, communication skills, ability to structure and correctly interpret received information.

➕Desirable:

• Experience with BPMN, UML Sequence Diagram.
