Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person who can lead a small core team, a couple of contractors, and be the interface for this setup to the owners of several products.

What to do

• Create, decompose, estimate, move, and explain tasks in Jira.
• Keep all boards up to date.
• Fight with product managers to ensure everything in Confluence is clear to the tech team.
• Properly establish timelines and priorities with those demanding a finished product.
• Eliminate toxicity from all communications within your control.
• Report on the quality of work with numbers. Both your own and the team's.

What is important

• Experience in IT Project Management for at least 4 years (experience in VPN and startups is a big plus).
• Adequate level of technical knowledge so we don't have to explain how the Internet works or the difference between frontend and backend.
• The ability to write excellent tasks. And the capacity to present your awesome set of rules on this matter.
• Time zone CET ±3 hours.
• Residence outside of Russia and Belarus.
