Description
SberInfra.Cloud platform is the foundation for all services of the Sber Group of Companies. We help create and develop digital services and applications for the entire Sber ecosystem. Our team is developing one of the key elements of the cloud infrastructure, compliant with the CMDB standard – the CloudInventory service.
Responsibilities
- Participate in interviews with clients regarding modifications;
- Formulate and decompose technical specifications for development team members;
- Describe and coordinate service interaction contracts;
- Participate in the development of architecture for the services being implemented;
- Prepare the package of documents for acceptance of the implemented software product and its commissioning;
- Participate in the third line of support for the service's clients.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (IT)
- Work experience: At least 3 years in the field of systems analysis
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM;
- Experience as a business analyst in the ITSM field;
- Knowledge and experience working with relational DBMS, knowledge of DDL and DML SQL constructs;
- Understanding of architectural IT solutions, experience in choosing a compromise architectural solution among several alternatives;
- Experience in analyzing business tasks, constraints, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions, integrating multiple systems, writing business requirements;
- Knowledge of OOP principles;
- Decomposing tasks into subtasks for developers;
- Experience in developing database design models and diagrams. Ability to read and build ER-diagrams;
- Experience designing solutions using Kafka, gRPC, REST, JSON, knowledge of API description formats – OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, experience with Atlassian Confluence, Jira, knowledge of BPMN.
