Title: Specialist in Labor Protection, Fire Safety, and Electrical Safety

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of the full scope of Labor Protection (LP), Fire Safety (FS), and Electrical Safety (ES) within the company.
- Conducting primary and regular on-site audits of facilities using a checklist: documentation, actual condition of facilities, training, appointment of responsible persons, and compliance with mandatory requirements.
- Identifying violations and risks, prioritizing them, developing corrective measures, and monitoring their elimination.
- Maintaining and updating mandatory LP, FS, and ES documentation.
- Organizing and controlling briefings, training, knowledge testing, special assessment of working conditions (SOUT), and professional risk assessment.
- Preparing facilities for inspections and consulting with managers and employees on LP, FS, and ES issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of LP, FS, and ES.
- Mandatory practical experience in independently managing all three areas: LP/FS/ES.
- Experience in conducting on-site audits and inspections of facilities.
- Ability to identify violations in both documentation and directly at the facility, assess risks, and prioritize their elimination.
- Experience in developing corrective measures and monitoring their implementation.
- Experience working with multiple facilities and interacting with regulatory authorities.
- Relevant education and necessary current training/certifications.
Conditions:

- The company has 8 facilities: 4 stores, 2 offices, and 2 warehouses.
- On-site facility audits approximately once per quarter.
- Business trips to facilities in other cities according to a coordinated schedule.
