Every day, millions of users search for flights on Aviasales, and we are constantly improving our product and technologies. This means the number of teams, collaborative activities, and related processes is growing.

At some point, we realized that given our pace of development, the old processes were no longer working. A need arose for our own framework and a team that would develop and implement it, with the important condition of not losing our identity and culture. Thus, the Product Operations team and the Salo Framework were born. It has proven itself within the product and has begun to actively spread beyond it to merge into a single value stream.

We are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager for the Customer Experience department (customer support), who, in close collaboration with the teams, will build reliable and efficient processes.

What you will do

• Establish cross-team collaboration and conduct seasonal planning (10+ teams);
• Facilitate meetings of various scales: from small retrospectives to strategic sessions within the department;
• Maintain constant contact with teams and develop the framework based on feedback;
• Help the head of the department implement strategic plans and guide the teams towards set goals.

What we expect from you

• Deep understanding of organizational frameworks and their components. Ability to build a custom framework tailored to business needs;
• Skill in working with changes and assessing progress. Ability to communicate the value of changes, implement them, gather feedback, and integrate them into the process so that they solve the original problem;
• Proactivity and autonomy. Independently form a backlog of changes, work closely with teams, and bring your projects to completion;
• Familiarity with various products and processes, as well as a technical background, will be a plus.
