We are an active team that subleases commercial real estate: offices with the sale of our own furniture and corporate housing for commercial organizations. We are looking for a strong Head of Sales who will build and lead the department to great results. This is a high-margin direction: the margin per object reaches 100,000 to 1,000,000 ₽.

Paid monthly for the entire sublease period — as long as the object is leased, you receive your percentage.
Calculation example. A portfolio of 10 leased objects with a margin of ≈ 300,000 ₽/month each = turnover of ≈ 3,000,000 ₽/month. Your 3% per object ≈ 90,000 ₽/month — and the percentage accrues from the entire portfolio constantly, not once. The more objects and the higher their margin (from 100 thousand to 1 million ₽), the higher your income — with no ceiling.
A leader who knows how to manage a sales department for results and is ready to be responsible for numbers, not for the "process." Important: motivation is built on a passive percentage — you earn as much as the schemes work and as many objects are leased.
