It's important that this person is not just a coordinator between business and development, but someone with strong ownership: see a problem → understand it → propose a solution → organize implementation → check the result.
Responsibilities
- Develop a novelty tracker and improve associated user processes.
- Communicate with users from different teams and understand their real needs.
- Formulate requirements, priorities, and backlog.
- Assign tasks to analysts and developers and support them until launch.
- Independently analyze data and the causes of problems.
- Coordinate work with related teams and remove blockers.
Requirements
- Proactiveness and independence.
- Product thinking and the ability to find solutions, not just execute incoming requests.
- Ability to speak with non-technical users in the language of their tasks and processes.
- Ability to bring tasks to completion.
- Basic technical literacy.
Will be a plus
- SQL at the level of independent checking and simple query modifications.
- Basic Python.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases.
