Hey everyone! LinkedIn power worked - the CTO was found. 🙌
Now we are looking for a CPO at Webbankir.
We need a person who will lead the product department and be responsible not only for the development of the product portfolio but also for real business results: metrics, unit economics, customer experience, and retention. We are looking for a strong product leader with experience as CPO / Head of Product / Product Director in tech or fintech companies, who knows how to manage product and cross-functional teams, work with analytics, and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty. Not only experience is important, but also the desire to see growth points yourself, initiate changes, and bring them to fruition.
The format is hybrid, the office is in Moscow (Putkovo), Greenwood territory.
I will try to provide feedback promptly.
