Key responsibilities:
- Gathering, verifying, and structuring business requirements from the client, formalizing algorithms and calculations;
- Developing and refining calculation models in Excel using Power Query and Power Pivot, with VBA and AI as needed;
- Visualizing results: creating interactive dashboards, summary reports, and control panels;
- Integrating and transforming data from corporate systems and file exports, setting up automatic model updates;
- Data quality control: developing built-in checks for completeness, correctness, and logical consistency of indicators, change audits;
- User support, training on tool usage, collecting feedback, and refining models for changing business tasks;
- Automating calculations and reporting (optional: VBA, Python) to increase recalculation speed and generate regular reports.
Candidate profile:
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, or technical fields;
- Strong Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot skills;
- Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into understandable calculation models;
- Experience working with large datasets, system exports, and integrating data from various sources;
- Active use of AI in work: writing code, structuring texts, visualization;
- Ability to independently interact with users, gather requirements, and bring the tool to a working state;
- Attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and ability to build verifiable models.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with production, operational, or supply chain planning;
- Experience in petrochemicals, chemical industry, manufacturing, or logistics;
- Experience creating internal planning tools;
- Knowledge of VBA or Python;
- Familiarity with corporate data warehouses or BI tools.
