What You'll Do
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end close.
- Assist with financial statements, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support external audits and financial compliance.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports for management and ad hoc financial analysis.
Treasury & Finance Operations
- Support daily treasury activities, cash flow monitoring, and payment operations.
- Perform reconciliations across banks, payment providers, and internal accounts.
- Help improve finance processes and strengthen financial controls.
Client Support & Payment Operations
- Provide day-to-day support to clients on payment-related queries, including tracing delayed or missing payments, assisting with payment issues, and advising on payment and banking details.
- Investigate operational issues and coordinate with Engineering and Account Management teams to resolve payment functionality and processing issues.
- Deliver a high standard of client support while helping improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Audit, Treasury, or Financial Operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and management reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
