🚀 Payments Director | Kazakhstan
We are looking for a Payments Director who will lead the development of the payment direction in Kazakhstan, become a key partner for banks and payment organizations, and determine how our payment ecosystem will develop. This is a role for someone who knows the Kazakhstan market well, understands how payments work from the inside, can build relationships with banks, PSPs, and regulators, and wants to influence not only operational processes but also business strategy.
What will be in your area of responsibility: • development of the payment business in Kazakhstan; • launch of new payment products and services; • building and developing partnerships with banks, payment systems, and PSPs; • searching for new opportunities for growth and increasing the efficiency of payment infrastructure; • managing commercial negotiations;
We will be happy to meet you if you have: ✔ experience in the payment industry; ✔ a deep understanding of card payments, acquiring, processing, and payment infrastructure; ✔ successful experience in developing partnerships with banks in Kazakhstan; ✔ strategic thinking and a desire to create, not just maintain, existing processes.
