Third Opinion is a developer of IT solutions for the healthcare system. We create products based on artificial intelligence technologies that help automate processes in medical institutions, speed up medical decision-making, and increase the safety of patients and medical personnel.
We are currently looking for a Programmer-Developer (Python) to strengthen our team, who will be involved in the development, support, and scaling of the "Doctor's Platform" product.
What you will be doing:
- Writing new microservices in FastAPI and FastStream
- Developing and supporting the existing Django monolith
- Participating in the migration of business logic to a new stack and architecture
- Working with queues and background processing
- Solving architectural tasks and influencing technical decisions
- Improving the performance and fault tolerance of solutions
- Writing tests and participating in Code Review
- Working in a cross-functional team
We will be happy to see the following in our new colleague:
- 2+ years of commercial Python development experience
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Understanding of the basic principles of designing distributed and high-load systems
- Proficiency in asyncio
- Experience writing tests using pytest
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, experience in containerizing applications and their delivery
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases, familiarity with SQLAlchemy
- Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Django and DRF
- Experience with FastAPI or FastStream
- Experience with Celery (beat) or TaskIQ
- Experience with WebSocket and Server-Sent Events
- Experience integrating with payment systems (YooKassa or similar)
- Experience with LMS systems or development of educational products
- Familiarity with DICOM or medical data standards
- Experience refactoring legacy code and architectural migrations
