"Israco" of the Tiv Taam group is looking for a Wine Brand Manager for the restaurant sector

Maintain and develop professional and business relationships with restaurants in the wine sector: combining professional wine knowledge with sales, service, and business development skills. The work includes developing the wine category with existing clients and attracting new ones, selecting products according to restaurant needs, presenting wines and new products, conducting tastings and professional training for restaurant staff, increasing sales, and retaining clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and retaining the existing client portfolio among restaurants.
• Seeking and developing new clients, expanding business activities.
• Selling wines and company products according to client needs and restaurant specifics.
• Business meetings, tastings, and professional training in restaurants.
• Professional consultations on wine selection and their pairing with the restaurant's menu and concept.
• Presentation of wines, new products, promotions, and new offers.
• Increasing wine sales volume and deepening work with existing clients.
• Building long-term business relationships, professional client service.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the restaurant industry – mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of the wine world – mandatory.
• Experience in sales / business development – an advantage.
• High orientation towards sales and service.
• Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Independence, initiative, and self-organization.
• Readiness for full-time employment.

Conditions: 80% field work and 20% office work. Salary 17,000–18,000 ₪ + car. The office is located in the Emek Hefer industrial zone.
