We are currently creating a full-cycle system for automating content channels on social media — from idea to publication and analytics. The system itself generates a content strategy, creates videos, publishes, tests hypotheses, and optimizes channels. We need a person who will manage this process "hands-on": turning products and AI tools into real-world media networks.

Role tasks:

• You will be the key person between the product, the AI system, and real social networks:
• Creation and launch of new channels (YouTube / IG / TikTok / FB)
• Manual setup and connection of accounts
• Interaction with platforms (FB / TikTok / Meta / YouTube): emails, appeals, obtaining access / API / permissions
• Operational management of channels through the system's tools
• Monitoring statistics, logs, experiment results
• Transforming abstract tasks ("create a channel about X") into concrete actions and settings
• Working with AI tools (very active interaction through Claude / ChatGPT-like systems)
• Setting up and testing content hypotheses
• Identifying and resolving issues in publishing / automation processes

A plus would be:

• Experience managing YouTube / TikTok / Instagram projects
• Experience with content automation or marketing stacks
• Video production experience (even basic)
• Understanding of growth / SMM / performance logic
• Experience working in a startup / R&D / product team

Conditions:

• 5/2 schedule, 8-hour workday (1-hour break).
• Contract with a European company and stable salary;
