Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the procurement processes for fabrics and materials for garment production;
• Requesting information and negotiating with suppliers regarding prices, fabric quality parameters, and terms of cooperation;
• Assisting in the selection and agreeing on terms for fabric procurement for collection manufacturing;
• Creating material data cards and maintaining up-to-date information about fabrics and suppliers in the PLM system;
• Ordering fabric samples from suppliers (quality samples, coupons, LD, Strike off), tracking timely dispatch and delivery of samples to company offices;
• Preparing and submitting reports to the team on booking, testing, and other material production statuses;
• Organizing and maintaining order in the fabric library;
• Interacting with local offices on issues of quality, testing, and material confirmation.

We expect from you:

• Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese (spoken and written) for communication with suppliers;
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel);
• Ability to organize your work;
• Desire to delve into the procurement field.
