The KUSH app (a continuation of the web project kushvsporte.ru) on the App Store and Google Play is an honest and transparent rating of sports tipsters. For 14 years, we've been helping to distinguish the few who truly play with a profit from pseudo-cappers and scammers. All statistics are calculated based on bets with virtual currency; in fact, we replicate the functionality of a bookmaker but do not take money from users.
We are looking for someone to help grow our app's audience in foreign markets through profitable methods.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in mobile marketing / app growth / user acquisition / product marketing in foreign markets (LatAm, Europe, Asia).
Ability to conduct a qualitative analysis of the competitive environment in the priority regions. Ability to prepare a media plan and forecast the results of future marketing activities.
Experience working with several of the following tools: Apple Ads, Google App Campaigns, In-app networks / DSP, OEM, Telegram, Meta* / TikTok, or other traffic sources you deem suitable for our case.
This role is NOT suitable if your experience is limited to motivated traffic, installing bots, templated ASO, or purchasing "cheap installs" without understanding user quality.
We are considering options for full-time as well as part-time/project-based employment.
