Mobile Promotion Manager (Avito.ru)
We are looking for a mobile promotion specialist to join the team responsible for paid acquisition and audience growth for Avito.ru – Russia's largest auto classifieds platform within the T-Bank ecosystem. We work with federal-scale budgets, our own data platform, and metrics that the entire business sees.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the Avito.ru mobile application
- Prepare and manage advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct/VK Ads
- Achieve KPIs for app installs/calls, etc.
- Regularly monitor and optimize advertising campaigns
- Engage in media planning and effectively allocate the budget
- Interact with CPA and performance agencies
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in performance or CPA marketing
- Understanding of mobile marketing and knowledge of MMPs AppsFlyer, Adjust, App Metrica
- Proficient in working with 2-3 traffic sources: VK Ads, Yandex Direct, Google UAC, with SKAD campaigns and dynamic retargeting
- Managed advertising campaigns focused on achieving performance KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROI)
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ability to use them for analytics and campaign optimization, or knowledge of alternative solutions for analytical tasks
- Ability to create technical specifications for designers and independently produce simple creatives (using Supa, Figma, or similar software) for quick hypothesis testing
- Experience working with agencies: negotiations, control, and motivation
- Knowledge of SQL and visualization systems like Power BI, Tableau, DataLens will be a plus. Ability to use neural networks in agent mode: Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
