WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a manager-specialist who will keep their finger on the pulse of user acquisition.
This role requires you to spend 50% of your time working hands-on and 50% of your time managing.
Therefore, "just commanding" or "hiding in a corner" WILL NOT WORK.
You will have an assistant(s) and enthusiastic colleagues to help with routine tasks, automation of processes, and analytics.
We are open to considering candidates with diverse experience. However, it is most likely that a person who has gone through a good "school" at an agency and has worked on the business side (3 years + 3 years) will be able to handle these tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Immediate Tasks
— User acquisition through digital advertising channels: search, display, third-party content via automated tools, advertising tools of aggregators-marketplaces. — Analytics: "keeping a finger on the pulse" for uninterrupted data delivery, both manually and automatically. — Reporting: reflection and collection of results daily (short status), weekly (review/plan), monthly (summary). — Idea generation/hypotheses: backlog filling, creation of new creatives with the design department and independently, handover for implementation, and performance evaluation.
Future Tasks
— Analytics: building a cross-platform (websites + apps + alternative showcases) analytics system. — Researching user flows between platforms and aggregators. — Researching the impact of acquisition channels. — Product tasks: research with the development and analytics team to increase conversion, revenue, and identify weak points.
REQUIREMENTS
— Ability to clearly define tasks for marketing and related departments. — Confident work with the "Technology Stack"
Search advertising: Yandex Direct Search Display advertising: Yandex Direct RSYA, VK Ads, TA Advertising in third-party content (automated): VK AdBlogger, Telega IN + Yandex Promo Pages Web Analytics: Yandex Metrica Mobile analytics: Yandex AppMetrica, MyTracker
— Understanding of search engine optimization: ASO and SEO. — Ability to build "end-to-end analytics" manually in spreadsheets. — Ability to create simple landing pages using templates on Tilda/Direct. — Ability to create simple creatives using templates in Figma. — Basic understanding of editing, grammatical correctness. — Understanding of how to scale advertising campaigns and placements without automation. — Understanding of cannibalization, overlap, and user flows.
