We are looking for a freelance recruiter who is ready to close vacancies on a piece-rate basis with the prospect of becoming part of the Traffic Jam team. Our expectations: Experience in recruitment within traffic arbitrage and/or iGaming — it's important to understand the specifics of the market and roles; Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle: from the initial message to the candidate to their offer and start date; Skill in effectively establishing communication with candidates and bringing them to the final interview; Independence, proactivity, and focus on results — our key metric: closed positions, not the work process; Readiness to work at Traffic Jam's pace: promptly, clearly, and without bureaucracy. Your tasks: Close key positions in traffic arbitrage — bring in relevant candidates who are a real fit; Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates; Accompany candidates until their start date and keep the team updated on statuses; Actively search for new candidates through all available channels; Focus on results — it's important that positions are actually closed, not just worked on.
