We are looking for a freelance recruiter who is ready to fill vacancies on a piece-rate basis with the prospect of becoming part of the Traffic Jam team. Our expectations: Experience in recruitment within traffic arbitrage and/or iGaming — understanding the specifics of the market and roles is important; Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle: from the initial message to the candidate to their offer and start date; Skill in effectively establishing communication with candidates and bringing them to the final interview; Independence, proactivity, and focus on results — this is a key indicator for us: filled positions, not the work process; Readiness to work at Traffic Jam's pace: operative, clear, and without bureaucracy. Your tasks: Fill key positions in traffic arbitrage — attract relevant candidates who are a real fit; Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates; Accompany candidates until they start and keep the team informed of statuses; Actively search for new candidates through all available channels; Focus on results — it's important that positions are actually filled, not just that work is being done on the process.
