Hello! I'm Maria, Head of the Operational Efficiency of Goods Movement Development Department.
We are forming a new direction – an AI Lab. Our goal is not just to automate routine operations with the help of ML/AI, but to ambitiously rethink established processes and find new ways to solve business problems using technology. A creative approach, willingness to experiment, and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions are important here.
The team is practically being formed from scratch, with a planned size of 9 people. We need a Project Manager who will help launch and scale digital solutions in the area of goods movement, coordinate the team's work, and ensure the achievement of business effects from implementation.
Tasks
- Formulate and prioritize the plan for implementing digital services, taking into account business needs, gather requirements, and define KPIs and success criteria for initiatives
- Plan and coordinate team work, manage deadlines, risks, and dependencies, control the status of project implementation
- Interact with internal customers and stakeholders: agree on requirements, present results, and gather feedback
- Coordinate the launch of solutions into a productive environment, organize documentation, and user training
- Monitor the success of implementation and the achievement of business effects, prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT solution implementation projects; experience in retail or logistics will be an advantage
- Experience managing a product development team
- Skills in backlog management and initiative prioritization, understanding of RICE and MoSCoW approaches
- Experience with business metrics and project efficiency assessment: KPI, ROI, business effect
- Strong skills in risk and stakeholder management, presentation, and reporting; knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum will be an advantage
