The Corporate Data Management Department is looking for Data Scientists (LLM) to join the development team for in-house projects.
Key Tasks:
- Research and implementation of fine-tuning and model adaptation methods (prompt tuning, adapter tuning)
- Development of algorithms for text generation and quality control, prevention of unwanted responses
- Integration of LLMs into client applications via API and microservice architecture
- Monitoring model performance, analysis of quality and performance metrics, resource optimization
- Ensuring model security and ethics, compliance with data handling regulations and standards
- Research of new methodologies and trends in the LLM field and implementation of solutions
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, mathematical)
- Completion of courses in: deep machine learning, language models, NLP
- Work experience of 3+ years in real industrial or research projects in the field of deep machine learning, NLP, LLM
- Experience with PyTorch, Tensorflow, TensorRT, ONNX
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing model efficiency, ability to conduct A/B tests and evaluate quality
- Experience with ML infrastructure
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and working with containers
- Programming: Python
- English language proficiency at B1 level
