ABOUT US Got it Life is a startup with roots in Silicon Valley, creating an innovative AI application for mental health. We are looking for a UGC & Influencer Manager to build a system for working with content creators in Western markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategy for working with influencers and UGC.
2. Search, select, and negotiate with bloggers and experts in the mental health and wellness niche (USA, Europe).
3. Full cycle of collaboration management: from briefing to content moderation and performance analysis.
4. Stimulate user-generated content (UGC) creation through mechanics and loyalty programs.
5. Build a database of creators and establish long-term relationships.
6. Analyze campaign performance (reach, conversions) and optimize the strategy.

We are looking for a candidate who:

⚡️ Has experience in influencer marketing / UGC for mobile apps or in the health/wellness sectors. ⚡️ Knows the specifics of working with Western influencers. ⚡️ Possesses negotiation and relationship-building skills. ⚡️ Can analyze campaign performance data. ⚡️ Is fluent in English (B2 or higher).
