Product Design Lead

🚀 Seeking an experienced Product Design Lead for the DigitAlchemy team.

We are currently looking for a Product Design Lead to head a team of 9 designers and develop the company's design direction. We have an open culture within our team, freedom in decision-making, and a real opportunity to influence the entire world through user experience (products with millions of users).

What is particularly important to us:

• Experience managing a team of 5+ designers for 3+ years – this is a very important point, and should not be ignored.
• Genuine interest in developing people, ability to give feedback, delegate, and nurture independent specialists.
• Strong product and business thinking: understanding how design impacts user experience, key metrics, and business results.
• Ability to build effective processes, make complex decisions, and defend your position with arguments (even if it contradicts the C-Level position).
• Good experience in mobile product design (a strong portfolio will definitely be a plus).

If this approach to leadership resonates with you – let's get acquainted! 🤝
