We are creating an advertising platform using a cutting-edge tech stack with high requirements for load (100K+ RPS) and availability (99.99%).

We are looking for a C++ Developer to strengthen the team, which:

• is involved in developing the core for performance and media advertising

• selects advertising creatives

• monitors the pace of ad campaign delivery

Responsibilities

• development and design of a high-load backend system on C++ and Go, responsible for selecting relevant advertising creatives
• assistance and estimation in decomposing large business projects
• search and further optimization of bottlenecks in the code
• ensuring graceful degradation to improve system fault tolerance

Requirements

• higher technical education
• experience in application development using C++ for 3+ years;
• experience with Kafka, Protobuf, gRPC
• confident knowledge and understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming mechanisms
• experience in profiling and debugging high-load applications
• experience with service-oriented architecture

Will be a plus:

• experience with GO
• experience in advertising
• experience with Tarantool, Lua
• skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work
