Hi, my name is Gary 👋🏻
I am the founder of Weblics - a Psychology-first Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency for DTC brands on Shopify.
Weblics has been in the market for over a year. We've long passed the "figuring things out" stage - internal processes are standardized, methodology is honed, and we are in an active scaling phase. This is a great time to join: you get the stability of well-established workflows and a proven team, plus the opportunity to grow with us.
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team.
This isn't just about "making buttons look pretty" - every design you create goes into an A/B test and either increases client conversion or it doesn't. Your work directly drives our clients' revenue, and it's visible in the numbers every month.
Who am I looking for? Soft skills I expect from you:
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize in a fast-paced setting without missing deadlines
- Strong communication skills - ability to build healthy relationships, collaborate, and contribute
- Ability to explain complex design solutions simply and clearly to the team (developers)
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of e-commerce business goals - you don't just "make it look good," you understand why each element exists on the page
- Willingness to learn new things, suggest ideas, and experiment with formats
- Willingness to make mistakes and take responsibility for them
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Positive mindset, but without rose-tinted glasses :)
- English: Intermediate (B1/2), all internal processes/comments/client correspondence are in English
Internal team communication is in Russian (team located in Moldova, Georgia, Belarus, Russia).
Hard skills and experience I expect from you:
[not FinTech/SaaS/B2B/Web-App]
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, preferably in CRO or e-commerce
- Strong portfolio with examples of user-centered design and conversion optimization principles
- Proficient in Figma - this is our primary tool
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and adaptive design principles
- Experience designing for landing pages, checkout flows, and high-converting funnels
- Understanding of how design impacts conversion - not just aesthetics, but user psychology
- Bonus: experience with Shopify themes, understanding the platform's limitations and possibilities
Your main responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, conversion-optimized interfaces based on research and CRO insights
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Work closely with the CRO Strategist and CRO Delivery Manager, iterating designs based on A/B test results
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
- Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and new technologies in e-commerce
- Respond to client technical design questions when necessary
What we offer:
- Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule (10:00 - 19:00 CET)
- Fully remote
- No micromanagement - only ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment)
- Non-toxic clients, interesting tasks
- Diverse experience across different niches, industries, and GEOs
- Excellent team relationships and atmosphere
- $2,500-3,500 Net (depending on experience and performance)
- Above-average market salary after 3 months
Why Weblics:
- A CRO agency in an active scaling phase with standardized processes - you're joining a well-oiled machine, not a chaotic startup
- Work with a team that truly understands CRO, UX, and development
- High-impact projects with innovative DTC brands in the wellness, sustainability, and care niches
- Flexible remote work format
- Real growth opportunities along with the agency - as we scale to 2-3 pods, new levels of responsibility will open up
My team is my greatest asset. I want to build Weblics with the best people - those who take initiative, learn, reflect, create great things, and grow as an integral part of the agency.
How to apply: write to me on LinkedIn or email
Be sure to attach a portfolio with examples of real projects, preferably in e-commerce/CRO.
No portfolio - no consideration.
To expedite your application and increase your chances of getting an interview - please attach a short Loom video explaining your experience and showcasing examples of websites you've worked on.
Cheers,
Gary K.
