Account Manager for Client Projects at Forbes Club

We are looking for a specialist who will manage a partner project at all stages – from signing the contract to the final report – and will be responsible for its results: fulfilling obligations to the client, adhering to deadlines and budget, maintaining profitability, and developing relationships with the partner.
This is a role with full project responsibility. The Account Manager acts as a single point of contact for the client and a coordinator for the internal team.
Areas of Responsibility:
Results of each project: commercial (budget and profitability), operational (deadlines and quality of execution), and client-related (partner relationships, contract renewal, and collaboration development).
Tasks:
- Accompanying the client at all stages of the project – from signing the contract to the final report.
- Managing project economics: estimates, budget, partner options, profitability control.
- Coordinating a cross-functional team – editorial, production, marketing, contractors – based on deadlines, agreements, and priorities.
- Planning timelines, project management, proactive risk management.
- Client development: upselling, contract renewal, initiating new projects with the partner.
- Preparing reports and presenting results to the client.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account or project management: media, events, agencies, or B2B partnerships.
- Experience managing client and partner projects throughout their full cycle.
- Skills in budgeting and project profitability control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without loss of quality.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
- Developed business communication and negotiation skills, confident work in CRM and with spreadsheets.
- Structured, systematic approach, attention to detail.
Will be an advantage:
