We are actively developing and expanding our production, our team is also growing and developing, which is why we are looking for a product manager with experience in the fashion industry to join our team. This role involves responsibility for the management and promotion of our assortment, the creation and prompt market launch of our unique models.

Your tasks:

• Trend analysis — study what is currently in vogue and offer the company owner a concrete idea for launch;
• Product economics calculation — calculate the cost of goods, arrange everything in a clear table, and enter each item into a separate card in Bitrix;
• Joint product development with the designer — discuss and refine new models together with the specialist responsible for product construction;
• Sourcing fabrics, haberdashery — find the necessary materials and all additional details (buttons, zippers, etc.);
• Searching for new partners, suppliers, contractors;
• Searching for finished products on Chinese websites upon request;
• Control of new product launches at all stages — ensure that each new model is released without issues from start to finish (idea → purchase → production → sale);
• Business trips to China, Bishkek, and other countries.

Our expectations:

— At least one year of experience in a fashion brand; — Deep understanding of the processes of creating and launching women's clothing on the market; — Practical experience working with China and Kyrgyzstan will be an advantage (correspondence, production control, resolution of disputes); — High systematic approach, organization, multitasking skills; — Readiness for full responsibility for the department's results.

• 5/2 schedule, 40 hours per week;
