Description
The "Credit Cards" business team is seeking a Data Analyst. The team is engaged in developing new products, conducting pilots, and implementing new mechanics and services. The analytics unit within the team supports product launches, tracks the dynamics of operational and financial product metrics, analyzes customer behavior, calculates business plans, and forms and implements initiatives to achieve the product's financial goals.
Responsibilities
- calculation and forecasting of product financial metrics
- preparation and approval of the business plan
- analysis of product operational metrics: portfolio dynamics, sales funnel, transactional activity, etc.
- preparation and approval of financial models for product pilots and promotions
- analysis of data sources, building reporting
- Ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
- higher education (technical/mathematical)
- at least 2 years of work experience in a bank with credit or/and transactional products
- confident proficiency in SQL
- confident proficiency in Excel
- Python preferably
- fundamentals of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- understanding of pricing for retail banking products
- high level of logical thinking: finding optimal ways to solve problems, ability to identify the important
- instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
