⚠️What we expect from you:

• At least 4 years as a Project Manager in IT, with a focus on infrastructure projects, DevOps, or administration;
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and other agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe);
• Expertise in managing technical teams: successful experience leading cross-functional teams (administrators, DevOps engineers, SRE), including work planning, task distribution, and performance monitoring, understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS), infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible);
• Deep knowledge of processes and methodologies: proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and performance metrics (SLA, SLO, MTTR), understanding of development, testing, and operations processes;
• English B2-C1. Will be a plus:
• Experience working in distributed (remote/multinational) teams.
