Head of Microbiological Product Development Group

Market leader in plant protection products with a 30-year history, its own R&D center, factories in 4 countries, and an annual launch of 10-15 new products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test methods for new strains (virulence, productivity)

• Manage projects with external contractors, participate in the commissioning of pilot bioreactors

• Prepare data for the design of the research center: requirements for premises, layout, equipment (for cultivation, storage, strain deposition, formulation development)

• Collaborate with universities and research institutes on the development of biopreparations: probiotics, silage inoculants, destructors, biopesticides, biofertilizers Requirements:

• Higher education in plant protection / microbiology

• Publications in Scopus / Web of Science

• Management of a scientific unit (department, laboratory, sector) for at least 3 years

• Connections in the scientific community (Russian Federation and abroad)

• English language: level sufficient for reading scientific literature and communicating with foreign colleagues Conditions:

• Formal employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
