An international iGaming company is looking for a Retention Operator to work with existing players.

Responsibilities: • Outbound calls to existing players • Communication via WhatsApp, Telegram and email • Presenting bonuses and promotions • Handling objections • Working with CRM • Meeting KPI targets

Requirements: •** Native Finish or English or Spanish or Portuguese —** mandatory • Conversational English • 1+ year of experience in retention or sales • iGaming experience is a plus
