Who we are looking for:
- Experience in CPA networks / affiliate marketing from 2 years
- Own active base of webmasters
- Experience with trackers: HasOffers, Cake, Everflow, Binom, etc.
- Understanding of models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL
- Experience in Gambling and/or Dating (expertise in one of the verticals is considered)
- Skills in fraud monitoring and prevention
- Experience working with different geos and traffic sources
- Strong negotiation skills
- English B2+ (working with English-speaking webmasters, calls, conferences)

- Conducting negotiations and agreeing on terms
- Monitoring traffic quality, approval rates, and key metrics
- Participating in conferences and networking
- Meeting planned revenue targets
