Hi! My name is Sasha, and I'm the design team lead at Magnit FinTech. We are looking for a specialist with over 3 years of experience in mobile application design and a strong balance of UI and UX skills. We'd be happy to meet you!

We are actively developing a fintech product — Magnit Pay — an integration with banks that allows our customers to use financial services directly within the Magnit ecosystem.

This project is particularly interesting because it combines fintech and e-com. We need a designer who will deeply understand user CJMs and make the integration as simple, convenient, and pleasant for customers as possible.

What you will be doing

— Developing and supporting the Magnit Pay product

— Developing both our own traditional products and integrations with partners

— Being responsible for integrating fintech into the Magnit app and offline channels to provide our customers with financial services

We expect

— Over 3 years of experience in product teams

— Experience working with analytics, making data-driven decisions

— Experience collaborating with design systems and developers

— Ability to convincingly defend your concepts

— Interest in testing your hypotheses, working with analysts and researchers
