Family Photo Archives is an offline division of the "Periodika" company, where we help people preserve family history: digitize and systematize photo archives, restore old photos, and turn the most valuable memories into photo books.

We are currently looking for a specialist who will manage client projects from the first meeting to the delivery of the finished book. This role is at the intersection of working with images, client service, and project management. Both confident photo editing skills and the ability to build warm and professional communication with clients are equally important to us.

What we are looking for:

Block 1. Working with photos and photo books

• Scanning and digitizing photo and film archives
• Retouching, restoring, and color correcting images
• Restoring old photos manually and using neural networks.
• Preparing materials for photo books
• Assembling books in the company's constructor
• Adapting individual pages and layouts as needed

Block 2. Working with clients

• Consulting on services, photo book formats, and product capabilities
• Accompanying the client from the first meeting to order confirmation and receipt
• Conducting client meetings and helping them find the optimal solution for preserving their family archive
• Working with incoming leads and maintaining contact with potential clients
• Developing current projects through additional company services and products
• Building a high level of trust and customer experience

Block 3. Work organization

• Managing orders and the client base in CRM
• Monitoring project deadlines and preparing orders for delivery
• Preparing regular reports on space operation and client projects
• Participating in operational processes and implementing new company work practices
• Maintaining order, equipment functionality, and the presentable condition of the space

Expectations:

Must-have

• Confident proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Figma.
• Experience with raster images: retouching, restoration, color correction, and improving photo quality
• Understanding of the basics of composition, visual design, and careful work with texts and images
• Client service experience and developed communication skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Presentable appearance and understanding of premium client service standards

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding of technical image and print parameters (dpi, RGB, CMYK)
• Basic knowledge of typography
• Proficiency in Illustrator or other graphic programs
• Experience as a photographer, retoucher, photo book designer, or photo printing specialist
• Experience with scanners, archival materials, and CRM systems
