Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the work of retouchers
- Quality control of photos and retouching of images
- Monitoring deadlines for photo content creation
- Development and maintenance of the visual style of projects
- Art direction at the pre-production and shooting stages
- Interaction with photographers, CG artists, designers, and producers
Requirements:
- Professional proficiency in Adobe graphics packages (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator), ability to process and correct images
- Strong skills in neural networks (not to replace all work with neural networks, but to use them as a competent tool)
- Understanding of product photography and working with complex surfaces (metal, glass, plastic)
- Understanding of CG / 3D pipelines
- Experience working with premium brands
- Understanding of CG / 3D and integration with retouching
- Art direction experience or participation: ability to work with references, formulate visual tasks, and guide the team
- Team management or mentoring experience
- Retouching experience of 5+ years (high-end level required)
