This role sits at the intersection of four competencies: product development, deal structuring and management, revenue stream formation, and expert team management. We need a person who is equally confident in designing a product, assembling a complex cross-border deal, and being responsible for its profitability.

Required Experience and Competencies · Practical experience with markets in China, Southeast Asia, etc.; · Formation of payment routes under restrictions — with an assessment of the permissibility of each element of the structure from a compliance perspective; · Assessment of tax and licensing restrictions, accounting and contractual structures, and the overall commodity-economic logic of the deal; · Understanding of commodity and financial logistics specifics — how the physical movement of goods and the movement of money are linked in the deal structure; · Experience in product development and revenue stream formation (not just deal execution); · Experience in managing a team of experts;

Candidate Profile A person who sees a deal as a legal structure, an economic entity, and a product simultaneously, and knows how to assemble a team around this vision. Strategic thinking combined with practical command of the details of cross-border structuring.
