Responsibilities: — Managing a 1C development team (hiring, 1:1s, motivation, mentorship). — Interaction with business stakeholders, planning timelines and risks. — Control of data consistency checks (1C:UMFO with billing and registers). Requirements: — Experience in managing a 1C team. — 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (managed forms, queries, СКД), BSL code review. — Experience with CFE (extensions), integrations (HTTP/REST), Git. — Understanding of Accounting (reserves, portfolios, personal data). Plus: Kafka, PostgreSQL. Conditions: Labor Code of the Russian Federation, VHI with dentistry from day 1, training, +3 days off.
