A product company with 11+ years of experience in creating Fintech solutions for Affiliate marketing and the advertising industry — already №1 in several areas in Russian-speaking countries, interested in further international growth.

⚡️What you will do: — Full responsibility for 5 streams of 2 fintech products. — Management of the Digital Marketing team. Direct reporting to the CMO. — Work with the internet marketer, traffic manager, and contractors. — Interaction with Brand Marketing and the creative direction. — Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and support.

Need to bring the management of existing Digital projects to a digitized approach focused on results and business impact through OKRs and KPIs: • Traffic (Performance & Influence metrics) A > B • Conversions (UX & CX metrics) A > B • Activity and retention A > B

⚡What we expect from you: — 3+ years of experience in digital marketing / PMM for B2B and/or Fintech. — Experience with converters (Web, Bot), promotion (GA, TG, FB + SEO), and web and/or product and/or business analytics (GA, GTM / YM, BI). — Experience with affiliate, referral programs ± marketplace. — Ability to build funnels and optimize customer journeys based on numbers. — Ability to adapt and rework logic and meaning to the specifics of each project in order to reuse mechanics and content in different places. — English language proficiency not lower than B2 (written, at a minimum).
