We are looking for a Growth Manager to take end-to-end product growth on themselves.
Tasks: • Launch and scaling of paid channels (ASA, Google UAC, Meta) • Mobile growth (App Store / Google Play) • Funnel development: acquisition → activation → retention • Partnerships (KOL, Web3, referrals) • Analytics, cohorts, A/B tests
Requirements: • Experience in growth (crypto / fintech) • Performance + mobile marketing • Understanding of unit economics • Hands-on approach • English B2+
Conditions: • full-time • remote or London (Level39) • direct access to the founder • high level of ownership
