About the role: — Hybrid of performance + product marketing + understanding of analytics — You will manage the digital part of product launches: from hypothesis to analytics — Develop strategy for assigned products — Design A/B tests + analysis + scaling — GTM strategies together with the product team — Multi-product portfolio (microloans, mortgages, auto loans, deposits, SMEs)

What you will work with (control, not launch manually :) Meta / Google / in-app cabinets, AppsFlyer (mandatory) + GA4, hypothesis factory, working with the product on offer packaging, unit economics (CAC, LTV, retention, ROMI).

We are looking for: — 3-5 years in digital / performance — Fintech or banking experience is a big plus — Proficient with A/B tests and unit economics — Ability to think product-wise, not just about CPL / CPA — Experience with a multi-product portfolio is welcome
