An international Forex / CFD company is looking for a strong Growth Manager / CMO to develop and scale the Spanish LATAM region.

Main GEOs: Argentina, Peru, Chile, and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America (excluding Brazil).

The company is licensed in Chile, Mauritius, Seychelles, and South Africa.

The company already has content and creative teams, so the main focus of the role is building a growth strategy, scaling traffic, and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of a growth marketing strategy for LATAM • Lead generation and client acquisition • Launching and scaling media buying campaigns • Building a performance marketing funnel • Working with influencer marketing • Developing the social media direction • Analyzing traffic, conversion, and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns • Interaction with creative and content teams • Testing new acquisition channels • Competitor and market analysis • Interaction with sales, retention, and product teams

Requirements: • Experience in Forex / CFD / Trading / Fintech • Strong experience in growth marketing and performance acquisition • Experience working with LATAM markets • Deep understanding of media buying and lead generation • Experience working with influencer traffic • Analytical and data-driven approach • English language proficiency is mandatory • Spanish will be a big plus
