Growth Manager / CMO

International Forex / CFD company is looking for a strong Growth Manager / CMO to develop and scale the Spanish LATAM division.

Main GEOs: Argentina, Peru, Chile, and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America (excluding Brazil).

The company is licensed in Chile, Mauritius, Seychelles, and South Africa.

The company already has content and creative teams, so the main focus of the role is building a growth strategy, scaling traffic, and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of a growth marketing strategy for LATAM • Lead generation and client acquisition • Launching and scaling media buying campaigns • Building a performance marketing funnel • Working with influencer marketing • Developing the social media direction • Analysis of traffic, conversion, and advertising campaign effectiveness • Interaction with creative and content teams • Testing new acquisition channels • Competitor and market analysis • Interaction with sales, retention, and product teams

Requirements: • Experience in Forex / CFD / Trading / Fintech • Strong experience in growth marketing and performance acquisition • Experience working with LATAM markets • Deep understanding of media buying and lead generation • Experience with influencer traffic • Analytical and data-driven approach • English language - required • Spanish will be a big plus
