Compensation

This role is for those who think like a co-owner, not an executor. We offer not a fixed salary with a symbolic bonus, but a real percentage of the results.

• Profit participation model — up to 10% of the portfolio's net profit
• Example: with $20K Net Profit of the portfolio — that's +$2,000/month solely from your participation. There is no ceiling.
• No fixed part: you work as a partner, not as an employee.

About Us

17VLT Fund is a venture studio and publisher-of-record for mobile applications. We work with founders using a six-tier model: we take promising projects into our portfolio, provide operational support, marketing, and market launch — in exchange for profit participation.

Focus — subscription monetization in niche segments of iOS + Android. Goal: $20–30K MRR across the portfolio within 3–4 months from the launch of each project.

Your Responsibilities

You will take full responsibility for marketing and attracting paying users — from strategy to P&L figures. Not "managing campaigns according to a brief," but being responsible for bringing in money.

• Independently build and manage paid channels: Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads
• Make budget decisions: what to scale, what to cut, when and why — without needing approval for every step
• Analyze unit economics for each application: CPI, CPA, Retention D1/D7/D30, LTV, CAC
• Weekly performance report: you are the main source of truth about what is working across the portfolio
• A/B tests: creatives, audiences, bid strategies, paywall mechanics
