We are looking for a junior-middle level marketing assistant with whom we will develop a B2B fintech / crypto project at an early stage. It is important that this person is interested in growing with the project, understanding the product and grasping B2B logic. Startup format, opportunity to grow in the crypto and fintech sphere and gradually become a strong marketer.

What you will do:

• Assist in planning and implementing project marketing communications and PR campaigns;
• Analyze competitors, track social media trends;
• Work with English-language content: write articles, marketing and advertising texts for the website, blogs, and social networks;
• Interact with the design team: set technical specifications and control their execution;
• Work with social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram): content preparation, posting, analytics;
• Assist in interacting with journalists and media: prepare materials, comments, press releases, follow-ups;
• Help structure marketing tasks, processes, and content;
• Dive deep into the product, market, and clients;

Requirements:

• Marketing experience from 6 months to 2 years;
• English language proficiency – B2 and above;
• Understanding of the full cycle of marketing communications: content, brand, PR, SMM, basic promotion logic;
• Structured thinking: ability to logically build processes, texts, and communications;
• Basic understanding of the crypto / fintech sphere;
• Ability to write and formulate ideas clearly and structurally;
• Figma skills (for preparing marketing materials);
• Responsibility, independence, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks successfully;
