⚡️What you will do: — Full responsibility for 16 SMM accounts (but 70% of the content is mirrored). — Direct reporting to the Head of Events & PR. — Work with designers, video editors, an editor, and an Event Manager. — Interaction with the Digital team and SERM contractors. — Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and support.

• Need to bring social media management to a more engaging format based on best practices and modern trends, with an emphasis on video and speaker personalities, incorporating expert and live content from events. KPIs:

• Reach (views) A > B
• Followers A > B
• ER (overall) A > B

⚡What we expect from you: — 3+ years of experience in social media and vertical video. — Experience and willingness to personally write texts with AI. — Ability to work in Figma / Canva or other graphic editors for designing stories, photos, or post covers using existing templates. — Ability to build SMM funnels, write storytelling for given topics with a consistent plot and structure. — Ability to adapt and rework content for the specifics of each network to reuse materials if necessary. — English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (written, at a minimum). — Portfolio required (readiness to disclose and showcase your projects).
