🔥 We are looking for an SMM Marketer (Crypto/FinTech) 📌 What needs to be done: Manage and develop channels: Instagram, Telegram, Threads (in Russian) + Instagram, Telegram, X/Twitter (in English). A plus will be: YouTube and LinkedIn. Create full-cycle content: from monthly content plans to writing texts and creating visuals (instructions, case studies, product updates, engaging posts). Work with video: create turn-key Reels/Shorts (ideas, scripts, editing, subtitles) or effectively manage a contractor. Implement AI: actively use neural networks for generating graphics, animations, scripts, and adapting texts for different languages. 🎯 Our expectations: Experience in SMM and understanding of platform specifics (IG, TG, X, Threads). Fluent Russian + good written English (content in two languages). Skills in working with Canva/Figma/CapCut and AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.). Autonomy, proactivity, and focus on business results (don't wait for detailed instructions for every step). A huge plus: experience in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, and managing international projects. 📊 Approximate volume per week: 3–5 posts + Stories + 2–3 Reels for Instagram. 3–5 publications for each TG channel.
