🚀 Senior SMM Manager (Affiliate / Fintech)

💰 2500-3500 usdt (depending on competencies and experience) + KPI bonus
For our client – one of the largest fintech platforms (trading / binary options) with a global presence (CIS, LATAM, MENA, Asia).
We are looking for a Senior SMM Manager who will turn social media into a real channel for attracting partners.
Role Goal: To build a systematic SMM that generates leads for the affiliate program.
🎯Tasks
- Develop SMM as a lead generation channel (organic → affiliate program registrations)
- Audit current social media (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn) and rebuild them
- Build a content strategy for a B2B audience (affiliates / arbiters)
- Launch and test content formats for different geos and audiences
- Prepare cases and success stories of partners (social proof)
- Maintain a content plan and regular publications (4 languages)
- Assign tasks to design, motion graphics, and copywriting (resources are available internally)
- Support marketing campaigns on the social media side
- Work closely with BizDev (lead handover)
- Analytics and Metrics
- Track traffic, leads, and registrations (UTM, analytics)
- Analyze content effectiveness
- Build reports (Google Sheets / Looker / Tableau)
- Optimize content for results

✅ Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience (fintech / iGaming / trading / high-risk)
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and the arb audience
- Experience managing Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Ability to work with multilingual content
- Experience with analytics and metrics
- English C1+ (required)
